I don't have the answer, but this is a very good question. I have
some suggestions, and perhaps if you take them and they bear
fruit, you could report back and let us know.
(My hunch is that any lists of names that might originally have been kept
in archival records are going to have been published in one book or
another within the last 150 years. Something good to keep in mind, considering
we have several means of getting access to books as you will see below.)
I have visited the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and I have visited
the Citizens Library in Washington, PA. Both have good local
history collections. For the price of a phone call, you could talk
with the reference librarians at these libraries and see what works
they have available relating to the Whiskey Rebellion. You might
also try contacting the Washington Co. Historical Society.
Again, I would call them first to get an idea of how they could help
before I would hire services.
If you do those things first, you may be referred to books that are
already available on microfilm from the LDS and which can be viewd
at a local Family History Center, or from Hoenstine's Rental Library.

to books that might also be on the shelves at the CLP or Citizens.
Last suggestion, hire a researcher. The Washington County
Historical Society provides research. And there are others who specialize in
the SW Pennsylvania area.
