The Lutton Family Genealogy Message Board is a place for Lutton researchers to
share information, experiences, and puzzles.
Here are the simple, cardinal rules for posts:
- ALWAYS
be clear and consice when creating the "Subject" line for your post.
- ALWAYS
specify a LOCATION and a relative DATE in your inquiries.
- ALWAYS
be civil and respect this forum when expressing yourself.
- ALWAYS
double check your email address to make sure you typed it correctly.
Here are some guidelines:
- Do not use the message board to carry on converstations that aren't
of general interest to the forum. Doing so is considered rude and is better
done in private email exchanges. Use your best judgement.
- There are no restrictions on content of messages as long as they
relate to Lutton genealogy and are civil in their tone and content.
- Messages can be as large as you need them to be within reason.
No GEDCOM files will be allowed.
- When posting a followup message, edit the quoted text (quoted text is
the text of the original post that appears after the ">" character) and
keep only the parts that add context to your reply. Doing otherwise is
bad netiquette and is considered rude.
In order to maintain the quality of this forum, the message board
administrator will moderate if necessary.
