21 December 1996 - The list of cemeteries featured on the US Geological maps of Washington Co. has been updated to include a column giving a rough description of where the cemetery is located. Since it takes a fair amount of time to load each map into your web browser, this is intended to help save you time when determining whether or not a cemetery might be of interest.

2 December 1996 - The Donora Historical Society has kindly sent in up-to-date information on their location, contact information, and a brief description of their collection. In addition we have added another two web pages to our personal webpage links.

2 December 1996 - Just a reminder to lookup volunteers and looukup requestors... To make best use of this volunteer resource, all parties involved need to follow a few rules of etiquette.

19 October 1996 - Good news! The Site Search Facility is back on line. It's a little slower, but it's just as effective.

19 October 1996 - There are lots of bits of info useful to genealogists that defy categorization. So we've created a Miscellany page. Have a look and see what you can find.

17 October 1996 - We've hit a milestone! We've accumulated enough surnames in the Surname Registry that we've divided them up into volumes. Volume 1 starts with names submitted July 1996 - 12 October 1996. Volume 2 picks up at that point.
