Clotilde Kratz, 98, of Minneapolis, Minn., and formerly of Mt. Lebanon, died Sunday, November 9, 1997, in St. Anthony Health Center, Minneapolis. Mrs. Kratz was a member of United Presbyterian Church and was a homemaker. She graduated from Washington High School in 1920. On March 18, 1926, she married John S. Kratz Sr., who died April 3, 1983. Surviving are two sons, John S. Kratz Jr., of Troy, Mich., and Leonard F. Kratz of Redondo Beach, Calif.; two brothers, Paul E. Hundertmark of Waynesburg and William Hundertmark of Washington; three sisters, Louise Gibala of Long Island, N.Y., Esther Davis of Washington and Ruth Mintun of Reno, Nev.; five grandchildren, John L. Kratz, Leslie Ann Backlund, Susan Zachman, Sharon and Beth Kratz; and five great-grandchildren. Deceased are three brothers, John Louis, Helmuth and Otto Hundertmark; three sisters, Johanna Dechert, Helena McGhie and Pauline Endres. Copyright ©1997 Observer Publishing Co.
