Ida Mae McCullough, 95, of Golfview Manor Nursing Home, Aliquippa, formerly of Wellington Avenue, Washington, and Aliquippa, died Tuesday, August 12, 1997, at UPMC of Beaver Valley emergency room. Mrs. McCullough was a homemaker. She was a member of the Allison Avenue Baptist Church in Washington, and a former member of the Womens Benefits Association in Washington. On March 28, 1923, she married Harold Clyde McCullough, who died April 21, 1963. Surviving are two sons, William B. McCullough and R. Ernest McCullough, both of Washington; three daughters, Rose Riley of Vero Beach, Fla.; Ruth Ruffalo of Washington; and Grace Byers of Aliquippa; one brother, James D. Bernard of Colorado; 13 grandchildren, Bruce McCullough, Richard McCullough, Diane Ristau, Nancy Tobar, Ray Ruffalo, Andy Ruffalo, Mickey Ruffalo, Kristie Signorini, Kathy Glunt, Vicki McCullough, Joelle McCullough, Alan Byers, and Gary Byers; and 21 great-grandchildren. Deceased are two brothers, Herrel Vandorn Barnard and Ernest Blythe Barnard; four sisters, Nellie B. White, Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Hess, Rose Belle Elliott, and Fannie June Johnson.
