Wilbert H. Corwin, 84, of McDonald, died Saturday, November 29, 1997, in Allegheny University Medical Centers-Canonsburg. Mr. Corwin served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He worked for for 16 years at J&L Steel Co., Aliquippa Works, and retired in 1975. He was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church, McDonald, McDonald American Legion Post 485 and United Steelworkers of America, Local 1211, Aliquippa. On April 8, 1943, he married Florence A. Dunkle, who survives. Also surviving are one son, William W. Corwin of Butler; one daughter, Susan J. Matsko of Beaver; one sister, Blanche Richter of Aliquippa; and five grandchildren, Kevin and Jamie Corwin and Joe, Megan and Jennifer Matsko.
