Judy Ann Johnson, 50, of Route 2, Fairview, W.Va., died Thursday, November 20, 1997, in Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Mt. Morris Assembly of God Church. Surviving are her husband, Melvin K. Johnson; two daughters, Connie Siverling of Core and Sherry Franklin of Mt. Morris; six sisters, Ann Russell and Bonnie Forquer, both of Brookhaven, W.Va., Sandy Trickett of Grafton, W.Va., Wanda Tokav and Mary Haught, both of Fairmont and Dorothy Strakal, of New Martinsburg, W.Va.; seven brothers, Jack F. Forquer, Richard Forquer and Don Forquer, all of Core, William Forquer of Morgantown, W.Va., Junior Forquer of Fairmont, Gary Forquer of Wana, W.Va. and Bob Forquer of Rivesville, W.Va.; two granddaughters, Whitney Siverling and Alexis Siverling.
