Edward J. Hirosky, 61, of Clarksville, died Monday, December 29, 1997, in Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg, following a lengthy illness. He was a graduate of Jefferson Morgan High School and was employed 28 years by Ford Motor Co. in Chicago, returning to Clarksville in 1982. Mr. Hirosky was a member of St. Thomas Roman Catholic Church in Clarksville and Eagles Lodge 2499, Clarksville. Surviving are his wife, Jessie Ball Mayersky Hirosky, of Clarksville; five sons, Joseph Mayersky of Sauk Village, Ill., John Hirosky of Crown Point, Ind., James Hirosky of Clarksville, Edward Hirosky of Washington and Mike Hirosky of Marianna; five daughters, Deborah Bauza of Rices Landing, Louanne Duda of Lansing Ill., Cathy Mallack of Alba, Susan Bailey of Canton and Melanie De Maar of Clarksville; three brothers, Stanley Hirosky of Philadelphia, John Hirosky of Houston and David Hirosky of Clarksville; 19 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
