Viola Sellers Loy, 69, of Carmichaels R.D., died Thursday, April 9, 1998, in Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Loy was a retired manager of Repair Center of Radio Corp., Arlington, Va. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Waynesburg. Surviving are three sisters, Connie Whyel of Carmichaels, Pearl Piper of Wiscasset, Maine, and Winona Canter of Davistown; three brothers, Reginald Piper of College Park, Md., Frank Piper of Arlington, Va., and Earl Piper of Masontown; a niece, Viola Courie with whom she made her home; and several nieces and nephews, Deceased are her husband, Charles Loy; and a brother, Edgar Piper.
