Mildred Louise Seaman, 94, of Monongahela, died Thursday, April 9, 1998. Mrs. Seaman was a lifelong resident of Monongahela where she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and was a graduate of Monongahela High School. She was formerly employed at the Hills Dress Shop and Abels Clothing Store both of Monongahela. Surviving are two daughters, Bettie Bakewell and Sally Woods, both of Monongahela; a son, Thomas Seaman of Pleasant Hills; seven grandchildren, Bettie Ann Seighman, Cathie Podroskey, John Woods, Amy Lyn Quigley, Patty Parnell, Mandy Seaman, and Shawn Seaman; seven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson. Deceased are her husband, Eugene T. Seaman, who died December 26, 1983; a grandson, William Bakewell; and two brothers, R. Harold Simpson and R. Kenneth Simpson.
