Irma C. Rennie, 87, of Greensburg, formerly of Uniontown, died Monday, April 13, 1998, in Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. Mrs. Rennie was a member of the Third Presbyterian Church in Uniontown, a member of Christian Fellowship Sunday school class, Women's Circle, and the Sewing Circle. She was a 1938 graduate of the Uniontown Hospital School of Nursing, and was a home health nursing instructor for the American Red Cross. Surviving are four sons, James Rennie of Dublin, Ohio; Richard Rennie of Uniontown, Charles Rennie of Chester Springs, and Thomas Rennie of Stevens; three daughters, Nancy Synowiec of Evansville, Ind., Rebecca Collier of Irwin, and Jean Vig of Huntington, W.Va.; 18 grandchildren; a brother Paul H. Smith of Blairsville, and numerous nieces and nephews. Deceased are her husband, Robert D. Rennie, who died in 1990; and two brothers, Earl A. and F. Cecil Smith.
