Eliza J. Towner, 77, of Monongahela, died Wednesday, April 15, 1998, in Haven Crest Nursing Home, Carroll Township. Mrs. Towner was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Monongahela. She retired in 1982 after 29 years of employment at Business Forms Inc. in Monongahela. Surviving is her husband, William E. Towner, with whom she celebrated 56 years of marriage on September 8, 1997. Also surviving are two sons, William B. Towner of Atlanta, Ga., and Kenneth W. Towner of Forward Township; five grandchildren, Bob, Dan, Tara and Katie Towner and Jennifer Martin; three great-grandchildren; a brother, J.
