Robert H. Miller, 61, of Waynesburg R.D.5, died Thursday, April 16, 1998, in his home. Mr. Miller was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during peacetime and for most of his life worked in construction for several different companies. He was a member of Washington Street Methodist Church, Waynesburg. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his stepfather, Darrell H. Taylor of Waynesburg; two sons, Rob Miller of Waynesburg and Todd Miller of Seabrook, N.H.; two grandchildren, Amy and Chris Miller; and two half brothers, Paul Taylor of Potomac, Md., and Ralph Taylor of Hanson, Mass.
