Frank W. Ozarowsky, 80, of 1059 Arch Street, Washington, died Tuesday, March 31, 1998, in Washington Hospital. Mr. Ozarowsky was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater, and had worked as a steel worker for Annealing Box Co. for more than 25 years. He was a lifetime member of St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church, Washington, where he was a member of the Holy Name Society. In 1979, he was awarded the St. Hilary Church Man of Year award and had served as an usher for more than 62 years. Mr. Ozarowsky was a member of United Mine Workers of America, Knights of Columbus and the Pulaski Club of Washington. Surviving are two sisters, Pauline Kashawlic of Trafford and Helen Ozark of Washington; a brother, Chester Ozarowsky of Washington; and several nieces and nephews.
