William Eugene Morrison, 44, of Follansbee, W.Va., died Sunday, April 19, 1998, in Weirton Medical Center. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his stepfather, Stanley Williamson; his wife, Carol Cross Morrison; a daughter, Paula Jo Morrison of Cambridge, Ohio; a brother, Carlos O'Brien of Beech Bottom, W.Va.; two sisters, Sharon Shernit of Weirton, W.Va., and Brenda Starisky of Jewitt, Ohio.
