Harold Marshall Villers, 59, of Fayette Street, Washington, died Tuesday, April 21, 1998, following a brief illness. Mr. Villers attended Trinity High School and served in the Air Force from 1955 to 1959. He was employed by Plasteel Products from 1964 to 1986 and had been employed at Ross Mould since 1987. Mr. Villers was a life member of the Polish Club and was a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 22. On December 3, 1960, he married Frances Bongiovanni, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Kathy Watts of Claysville; a brother, Thomas Villers of Anchorage, Alaska; a sister, JoAnn Simon of Clearwater, Fla.; two grandsons, Chuckie and Christopher Watts; and several nieces and nephews; Deceased is a brother, Donald E.
