Dorothy Elizabeth Skinner Clokey of Florida died Monday, April 20, 1998, in Manor Oaks Nursing Home, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Clokey was past president of the Washington Hospital Auxiliary, past president of the Currents Events Club, life member of the Eastern Star, Martha Paul Chapter, board member of the Presbyterian Home and was named in Who's Who of American Women. She was an active participant in Faith United Presbyterian Church, serving in many and varied positions. Surviving are two daughters, Carol C. Donaldson of Charlotte, N.C., and the Rev. Rebecca Clokey of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; two brothers, C. Richard Skinner of West Chester and Theodore J.
