Ella E. Stofcheck Herrington, 96, of Carmichaels, died Saturday, April 4, 1998, in Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg. She had been a resident of Nemacolin before relocating to Carmichaels. She was a member of Greene Valley Presbyterian Church in Carmichaels. She was twice married. Her first husband, John Stofcheck, and her second husband, Charles Herrington, are both deceased. Surviving are five nieces, Mae Bailey of Nemacolin, Minnie Yakubac and Dorothy Hopton, both of Cleveland, Ohio, Wilda Juliani of Greensboro and Ellma Beattie of Carmichaels; a nephew, John Hyson of Ohio; and a granddaughter, Robin.
