Susan K. Blacka, 50, of Virginia Beach, Va., formerly of Greensburg, died Saturday, April 4, 1998, in her home following a seven-month illness. Mrs. Blacka was employed as a tax preparer by the Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and was a beautician. She attended Mt. Herman United Methodist Church, Elizabeth City, N.C., and was a 1965 graduate of Washington High School. On June 5, 1965, she married Douglas R. Blacka, who survives. Mr. Blacka is formerly of Washington. Also surviving are a son, Scott Blacka of Norfolk, Va.; daughter, Tammy White of Elizabeth City; two brothers, Clarence Green of Yukonand Jack Green of Washington; a sister, Roberta Tarr of West Newton; and three grandchildren, Katie and Sara White and Haley Blacka.
