Robert Orlo Masteller, 71, of Pittsburgh, died 5 :20 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 1998, in Washington Hospital. Mr. Masteller was self-employed in the heating and air conditioning business. He was a member of the North Gate Church of Pittsburgh and was a graduate of West Alexander High School and attended Waynesburg College. Mr. Masteller served in the Merchant Marines as a radio operator during World War II and served a total of seven years. On September 18, 1977, he married Florence Cowden, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Gene Robert Masteller of Washington, a daughter Linda Lynn Sine of Wheeling, W.Va.; a brother, Roderick Paul Masteller of Valley Grove, W.Va.; a sister, Patricia A. Clark of Valley Grove; five grandchildren, John, Amanda and Matthew Masteller, Michelle and Michael Sine. Deceased is a sister, Ardith M. Carryer.
