George G. Chechuck, 73, of Avella, Cross Creek Township, died Sunday, August 9, 1998, in Washington County Health Center. Mr. Chechuck retired as a lifelong, self-employed dairy farmer in 1995. He was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, Avella. On November 28, 1957, in St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Canonsburg, he married Dorothy Doubnich, who survives. Also surviving are four daughters, Elizabeth Jean Kubacki of Washington, Dorothy Rose Chechuck of Burgettstown, Gloria Chechuck of McDonald and Regina Ann Chechuck of Cross Creek; a son, George Andy Chechuck of Cross Creek; five grandchildren and three stepgrandchildren. Mr. Chechuck is the last of his immediate family. Deceased are three brothers, John Chechuck Jr., Paul and Michael Chechuck; and a sister, Anne Stanko.
