Helen Laskody, 81, of Vesta 6, died Tuesday, August 11, 1998, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. Mrs. Laskody was a member of St. Oliver Plunkett Roman Catholic Church, Fredericktown. Her husband, George J. Laskody, is deceased. Surviving are a son, George J. Laskody Jr. of Vesta 6; a daughter, Kathie Laskody Burchick of Maxwell; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a brother, John Wallace of Bobtown.
