Monteo Estavon Owens, 21 months, of Washington, died Tuesday, August 11, 1998. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are two sisters, Olivia Shaifon Edwards and Jona Alexandria Hindman, both at home; and maternal grandparents, Olivia Johnson and Howard Dorsey. Private family viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of services, Friday, August 14, in Harold D. Burch Mortuary Inc., 121 Ridge Avenue, Washington.
