Nancy A. Encapera, 77, of 502 Fourth Street, California, died at 12:35 a.m. Friday, August 14, 1998, in Washington Hospital. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church in California and a member of Center in the Woods and the Women's Democaratic Club, California. She was a typing teacher, retiring from California School District after 35 years of service. Surviving are her husband, Richard A. Encapera; one son, P. Richard Encapera of California; one daughter, Regina Mary E. Schumacher of California; and four grandchildren, Tony, Jesse and Joanna Encapera, and Joey Schumacher.
