Mildred "Sis" Garrison, 91, of Waynesburg, formerly of Nemacolin, died at 2:35 a.m. Saturday, August 15, 1998, in Franklin Care Center, Waynesburg. Mrs. Garrison had worked at the former Nemacolin Supply Co., the Nemacolin Theater and the Nemacolin Post Office. On December 14, 1927, she married Albert S. Garrison, who died July 24, 1975. Surviving are three sisters, Catherine Grubbs of Leesburg, Va., Ruth Stevulak of Carmichaels and Evelyn Grubbs of Rices Landing; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a brother, Ray Grubbs; and five sisters, Lyndall West, Ella "Sue" Mason, Mamie McClarren, Ethel Dey and Helen Nopwalsky.
