Scott Lowell Newton, 37, of Owings Mills, Md., died Sunday, August 16, 1998, in Baltimore, Md., of cancer. Mr. Newton was a 1979 graduate of Sprayberry High School and attended La Grange College in 1980-81. He was employed as a property manager with Park America Inc. for eight years and was a member of the National Association of Certified Natural Health Professionals. He was Christian. Surviving are three brothers, Lon D. Newton of Tampa, Fla., Bradley A. Newton of Carmichaels and Eric C. Newton of Washington. Services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, August 21, at the Covenant Life Fellowship, 55 Point View Drive, Washington.
