Sonia Papavasilis, 80, of 310 Spruce Street, Canonsburg, died Monday, August 17, 1998, in Allegheny University Hospitals-Canonsburg. Mrs. Papavasilis was a member of All Saints Greek Orthodox Church, Canonsburg, and the Ladies Philopthocos group of the church. Surviving are a daughter, Koula Loutsion of Canonsburg; a sister in South Africa; one grandson, George Loutsion; a great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
