Dolores L. Demeter, 69, of 13 Grant Avenue, Rabe Manor, Carroll Township, formerly of Bentleyville, died Tuesday, August 18, 1998, in Mon Valley Hospital, Inc., following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Demeter was a 1948 graduate of Charleroi High School. She was employed as a beautician with the former LaRose's Salon in Monessen for many years and was also employed as a sales clerk for J. C. Penney Co. in Washington. Mrs. Demeter was a member of Ave Maria Roman Catholic Church in Bentleyville, and Our Lady of the Valley Roman Catholic in Donora. Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Donald L. Demeter; a son, Jason L. Demeter of Marianna; a daughter, Laura Kubovcik of Bentleyville; and two grandchildren, Kyle Kubovcik and Austin Demeter.
