Evelyn Winseck, 86, of 12 Becker Street, Houston, died Sunday, August 23, 1998. Mrs. Winseck was employed at Mayview State Hospital as a psychiatric aide prior to her retirement. She was a homemaker and spent most of her life in the Strabane-Houston area. Mrs. Winseck was a member of Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church. Her husband, John Winseck, died November 16, 1962. Surviving are two sons, Paul Winseck of San Mateo, Calif., and Theodore Winseck of Canonsburg; two sisters, Dorothy Frankovitch of Strabane and Margaret Etherington of Frackville; a brother, Paul Chesnic of Baltimore, Md.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are two brothers, Stanley and William Frankovitch; and a sister, Angeline Skiddle. Services and burial will be private.
