George Walter "Cyclone" McGary, 73, of Washington, died Tuesday, August 25, 1998, in his home, following a lengthy illness. Mr. McGary was a member of First Christian Church of Washington for more than 50 years. He attended Trinity High School and was a carpenter with Universal Cyclops, retiring in 1986. Mr. McGary served in the U. S. Army during World War II and was a member of Edwin Scott Linton Post 175 of the American Legion. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and golfing. On October 19, 1947, in Washington, he married Lois Ann Horne, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Kyle "Redcloud" McGary of Washington; a daughter, Rosanne M.
