Mildred Lucille Berthold, 86, of McDonald, died Wednesday, August 26, 1998, in Presbyterian Home in Washington. Mrs. Berthold was a retired clerk from Weiss Shoe Shop, formerly in McDonald. She was also a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church of McDonald and the Trinity Women's Association. Her husband, Nicholas Berthold, died in 1995. Surviving are a sister, Alberta Remmert of Bulger; and several of nieces and nephews. Deceased are a sister, Lila; and five brothers, Russell, Eugene, Calvin, Jefferson and William.
