Louis "Jige" Cipranic Jr., 76, of Burgettstown, died Sunday, August 2, 1998, in his home. He was a retired millwright for the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Co., Follansbee, W.Va. Division. During World War II, Mr. Cipranic served with the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 987 and American Legion Post 698, both of Burgettstown. Surviving are his wife, Helen Babyak Cipranic; two sons, Gerald S. and Richard L. Cipranic, both of Burgettstown; five grandchildren; and a brother, Ben Cipranic of San Diego, Calif. Deceased are a brother, Dominic Cipranic; and three sisters, Helen O'Shanka, Josephine Pasqualini and Joan Livingston.
