Mary Lucinda Bobnar, 85, of Monongahela, died Friday, August 28, 1998, in Monongahela Valley Hospital, Carroll Township. Mrs. Bobnar was a member of First Christian Church in Monongahela. She was employed by Monongahela Memorial Hospital, New Eagle, as a seamstress and in the housekeeping department, retiring in January 1978. Surviving are a son, Joseph D. Bobnar of Monongahela, with whom she resided; a daughter, Carol Ann Frye of Monongahela; three grandchildren, Kimberly Fagioletti, Joseph Mark Bobnar and David Daniel Frye III; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Betty Boyd of Monongahela; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are her husband, Joseph Bobnar, who died October 16, 1995; three sisters, Helen Gray, Edith Furiga and Ruth Bonacci; and a brother, Neil Daniel Cain, who died during World War II.
