Steve Lucas Jr., 80, of Chesapeake, Va., died Tuesday, August 25, 1998, in Virginia Beach, Va. Mr. Lucas was a member of the Model A Club in Virginia Beach, Va. He was formerly employed by U.S. Steel's Robena Mine in Greensboro. Surviving are his wife, Anna Check Lucas; three sons, Stephen A. Lucas of Virginia Beach, William E. Lucas of New Iberia, La., and Joseph P. Lucas of Suffolk, Va.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, A. L. Elizabeth Kinger of San Antonio, Texas; and a brother, William Lucas of Wilmington, N.C. Deceased is a brother, Joseph Lucas.
