Janet Kelley Williams, 33, of West Newton, formerly of Monongahela, died Wednesday, August 26, 1998, in Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh. Mrs. Williams was a member of Grace Lutheran Evangelical Church in Monongahela. She was formerly employed as a deputy sheriff in Tennessee. Surviving are her husband, James "Winky" Williams; two stepdaughters, Dawn and Cassie Williams, both of West Newton; a brother, George Daniel Sickman, formerly of Monongahela; and a stepgrandchild, Brandon Williams. Deceased, in addition to her father, are her maternal grandparents, Earl L. and Shirley Dunlap Kelley. Private services were held, and arrangements were handled by L.M. She was born May 3, 1965, in Monongahela, a daughter of Geraldine S. Kelley Sickman of Monongahela and the late Albert S. Sickman.
