David Thomas Roach Sr., 45, of Baltimore, Md., formerly of Altoona, died Sunday, August 2, 1998, in Baltimore after an illness. He was a drug and alcohol counselor for Right Turn of Maryland. Surviving are one daughter, Tracy McCartney of Washington; one son, Timothy Roach of Washington; six grandchildren, Shawn and Corey McMasters, David and Dylen Robbins, Clarence McCartney IV and Cody McCartney; one brother, Roy Roach of North Strabane; one sister, Nancy Bucanelli of Harrisburg; and two nephews.
