She was born June 10, 1959, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Thomas Conley of Surfside Beach and the late Patricia Leya Conley. Terry Ann Fatzick, 39, of Surfside Beach, S.C., died Thursday, August 6, 1998, at her home.
Surviving are her husband, Michael H. Fatzick; two sons, Timothy and Joshua Fatzick, both of Surfside Beach; three brothers, Kenneth and Thomas Conley, both of Surfside Beach, and David Conley of Pittsburgh; and her grandmother, Ruth Leya of Surfside Beach.
