Marion E. Statler, 74, of Washington, died Friday, December 11, 1998, in Washington County Health Center after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Statler attended Marianna schools, was a member of Enon Baptist Church and belonged to the Willing Workers there. Mrs. Statler was a housekeeper at Washington Hospital. On August 14, 1955, in Washington, she married James P. Statler, who died in June 1994. Surviving are two sons, Delbert D. Miller of Mt. Morris and David L. Miller of Scenery Hill; a stepson, James M. Statler of Morgantown, W.Va.; two daughters, Patricia Statler and Pamela Locy, both of Cameron, W.Va.; a stepdaughter, Barb Bell of Washington; a brother, Charles Miller of Marianna; two sisters, Norma Frazee of Washington and Delilah Forney of Avella; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
