Sam G. Donaldson, 37, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, formerly of Bulger, died unexpectedly Monday, December 14, 1998. Mr. Donaldson worked the past 16 years with Sofis as a laborer in Clinton. He was member of Laborers Union Local 1058 and a member of Robinson United Presbyterian Church in Bulger. Mr. Donaldson was a 1979 graduate of Fort Cherry High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and socializing with family and friends, especially his daughters. Mr. Donaldson served in the U.S. Navy on a ship as a boiler engineer. In 1987, he married Betty J. Harbaugh, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Ashley M. and Amber N., Donaldson both at home; four sisters, Betty J. Cox of Norfolk, Va., Bonnie L. Sowinski and Donna L. Donaldson, both of McDonald, and Karen S. Dummer of Bulger; four brothers, Dennis W. Donaldson of Oakdale, Jerry D. Donaldson of McDonald, James A. Donaldson of Langeloth, and Timothy A.
