Vivian Mowl, 85, of Davis School Road, Washington, died Sunday, December 13, 1998, at her home, following a brief illness. Mrs. Mowl worked as a practical nurse at Hillsview Sanitarium and later did private duty work. She retired in 1978. Surviving are a daughter, Marjorie Ellis of Hendersonville, Tenn.; a brother, Harold McMullen of McKees Rocks; and a sister, Margaret Chunderlik of Indianapolis, Ind. Deceased are her husband, Allen "Jake" Mowl; and brothers, Eugene, Edward and Walter McMullen. There will be no viewing or services at the request of the deceased.
