Sandra L. Smith Sowden, 56, of Carmichaels, died Tuesday, December 15, 1998, in Greene Count Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg. Mrs. Sowden was Apostolic. Surviving are two children, Betty Jo Anderson and Charles F. Workman, both of Dilliner; a granddaughter, Jamie DeWitt; three sisters, Elsie Workman of Elyria, Ohio, Donna L. Jarrell of Greensboro and Noreen Huntley of Wickliffe, Ohio. At the request of the deceased, there will be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Richard R.
