Josephine Anders, 85, of New Eagle, died Friday, December 18, 1998, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. Mrs. Anders was a lifelong resident of New Eagle and was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Monongahela. She was a self-employed beautician in New Eagle for 20 years. She also was a volunteer with Monongahela Hospital Ladies Auxiliary. She was a charter member of Monongahela AARP. Surviving are three sisters, Mildred Melinko and Hazel Jones, both of Monongahela, and Genevieve Miltak of New Eagle.
