Priscilla C. "Pat" Enoch, 71, of Cornelia Street, Washington, died at 2:40 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 1998, in Washington Hospital following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Enoch was a member of Allison Avenue Baptist Church and was a 1945 graduate of Trinity High School. She was employed as chief telephone operator for RCA for 15 years. She also worked for Bell Telephone and had worked as a phone operator in Jacksonville, Fla. On August 27, 1967, in Allison Avenue Baptist Church, she married Francis B. Enoch Jr., who survives. Also surviving are a brother, David Alvin Clayton Sr. of Avella; two sisters, Wilda J. Guthrie of Washington and Libby Baker of Mesa, Ariz. Deceased are three brothers, Albert D.
