Lula Grace Rush, 70, of Brave, died at 1:56 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 1998, in Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg. Mrs. Rush lived in Ohio for 20 years and spent the rest of her life in Greene County, where she was a homemaker. She was affiliated with the Jehovah Witness faith. Her husband, Paul Rush, died December 26, 1970. Surviving are two daughters, Sue Trude of Brave and Brenda Lemley of Waynesburg; two sons, Edward Rush of Brave and David Rush of Clarksville; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a brother, Carl Roupe of Akron, Ohio; a sister, Sadie Hixenbaugh of Bentleyville; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a grandson, Roger Trude Jr.; three brothers, James, Leonard and George Roupe; and a sister, Emma Marie Rogers. There will be no public visitation. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home Inc., Waynesburg, are in charge of arrangements.
