Mildred "Pete" Weaver, 71, of Fayetteville, Ga., formerly of Washington, died Saturday, December 19, 1998, in Newnan, Ga. She was a homemaker and resided most of her life in the Pancake area. Mrs. Weaver was a member of Laboratory Presbyterian Church. In 1948, she married William E. Weaver, who died in 1983. Surviving are a daughter, Pamela Huffman of Fayetteville, Ga.; a son, William E. Weaver Jr. of Indiana; three sisters, Mary Margaret LaFerriere of Millville, N.J., Shirley McLaughlin of Fresno, Calif., and Phyllis Pindale of Ocean City, N.J.; three brothers, Howard "Boy" Harvey of Wilmington, N.C., William "Jim" Harvey of Columbus, Ohio, and Jack Harvey of Washington; two grandchildren, Jeremy Weaver and Christy Huffman; and several nieces and nephews.
