Shanna Kay Blake, 20, of Carmichaels, and formerly of Waynesburg, died at 7:30 p.m. Monday, December 21, 1998, in Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh, following a lengthy illness. Miss Blake attended Crabapple Community Church and enjoyed collecting teddy bears. She was a 1997 graduate of West Greene High School. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are four brothers, George D. Ealy Jr. of Cameron, W.Va., Joshua and Randy Blake, both of Waynesburg, and Justin Ealy of Aleppo; a sister, Virginia Ealy of Waynesburg; maternal grandmother, Iona Carr Blake of Moundsville, W.Va.; one niece; and several aunts and uncles. Deceased are her maternal grandfather, Beryl H. Blake; and paternal grandparents, James and Helen Ealy.
