Dorothy Gotschall, 95, of Kade Nursing Home, Washington, formerly of Parkersburg, W.Va., died in her sleep Wednesday, December 23, 1998. Mrs. Gotschall was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, cooking and gardening as long as her health permitted. She attended West Washington United Methodist Church. She was married twice. She first married Leo Sickle, who is deceased. She then married Edward "Bus" Gotschall, who died May 25, 1977. Surviving are a daughter, Leota June Long of Washington; a son, Russ Sickle of Pittsburgh; three grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four stepgreat-grandchildren. Mrs. Gotschall was the last of her immediate family. Deceased are a grandson, Charles Leo Long; and 13 brothers and sisters.
