Donald A. Shalosky, 66, of 249 East Pike Street, Houston, died Wednesday, December 23, 1998, in his home, following a lengthy illness. Mr. Shalosky retired as chief stationary engineer with Oliver Realty of Pittsburgh. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Houston and was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army Mr. Shalosky was a member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 095, Chartiers Lodge 297 F&AM and Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Pittsburgh. On December 14, 1956, he married Alice Makrush, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Diane Ecker of Washington; and a grandson, Nathaniel Garret Ecker.
