William L. Hairston, 37, formerly of Washington, died Friday December 25, 1998. Mr. Hairston was a graduate of Trinity High School. Surviving are three brothers, James L. Palmer of Washington, John H. Hairston of Canonsburg and Walter Hairston of Mercer; three sisters, Gwendolyn L. Powell of Washington and Lola A. Palmer and Charlotte N.
