Betty Carrol Frederick, 66, of Finleyville, died Monday, December 28, 1998, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. Mrs. Frederick lived most of her life in the Finleyville area. She was Protestant. She was a 1950 graduate of Bentleyville High School. She formerly owned and operated the Finleyville Dari-Delite on Route 88 and was also formerly employed by IBM of Pittsburgh. Surviving are two sisters, Norma Jane Sparks of Finleyville, with whom she resided, and Dorothy Ann Moore of Leechburg; and a brother, Harold Dean Frederick of Miami, Fla.
